Pinolite is a semi-precious gemstone, also known as Pinolith, that consists of magnesite, dolomite, and graphite. It's characterized by its unique grey, white, and black oblong oval patterns, resulting from the slow cooling process of the minerals during formation. Previously thought to be only found in Austria, Pinolite was also discovered in Kelowna, BC, Canada in 2018.
