What size spheres can I make?

2" up to 5" and every 1/2" in-between

Do I get my scraps back?

Absolutely.  You will get every usable piece shipped back with your sphere

What if my rock breaks during the sphere process?

It doesn't happen very often but, if your rock doesn't survive the sphere process, there is no charge.  You just pay to have your material shipped back to you.

What size does a rock have to be to make a sphere?

Example:  If you want a 4" sphere, your rock needs to be at least 4" tall by 4" wide by 4" deep.  I can "stretch a rock" some but this is why I need you to consult with me before shipping me material.

Does a sphere lose any size during the grinding and polishing?

Yes. Generally a sphere will lose approximately 1/8" to 1/4" during the process

Do I have any rough rock that I can choose from and have made into a sphere?

Yes. I have hundreds of different materials to choose from.  If I don't have what your looking for, I can try and find it.
